The operating layer around Claude Code

Make Claude Code usable by the whole team, not just the person driving it.

FlightDesk gives teams the shared view, live environments, and QA workflow needed to turn AI-built code into reviewed, tested, approved work.

The durable value is the team workflow.

AI platforms will keep improving their session and infrastructure features. FlightDesk is focused on the layer they are not built to own: how a team sees, tests, approves, and ships the work.

01

Team-wide task visibility

See every Claude Code task across the team, including stage, owner, blocker, branch, PR, preview link, and next action.

02

Configurable preview environments

Spin up a real running environment for every pull request, with the processes, secrets, setup commands, and URLs your app needs.

03

Role-based QA handoff

Give non-engineers a plain-language test guide and a live link so they can approve or request changes without touching Claude Code.

Pillar 1

See your whole team's Claude Code work in one place.

Org-level AI usage dashboards show tokens and spend. FlightDesk shows the operational picture: what each person is working on, what stage it is in, what is blocked, and who owns the next step.

This is the shared task view that founders, leads, PMs, developers, and QA need when AI work is happening across multiple people and repositories.

Pillar 2

Every pull request gets a real, live environment.

Preview environments are infrastructure, not a model feature. FlightDesk provisions a running container for each PR, injects the right configuration, exposes the right URLs, and tears it down when the work is done.

  • Per-PR HTTPS preview URLs
  • Multi-process apps with named URLs
  • Encrypted project secrets injected at spin-up
  • Configurable setup commands and health checks
  • Logs, restart controls, SSH, and teardown
  • Automatic suspend and cleanup controls
Pillar 3

Let anyone test and approve AI-built work.

QA should not need the original Claude session, a local dev setup, or deep technical context. FlightDesk keeps the test guide, live environment, ownership, and approval state together on the task.

  • Generate a test plan from the task context
  • Attach the guide beside the preview link
  • Assign QA ownership without sharing the AI session
  • Approve or request changes from FlightDesk
  • Keep handoff notes and decisions on the task

Supporting layer

GitHub and SonarQube are useful plumbing, not the headline.

FlightDesk connects directly to GitHub and SonarQube today, so CI failures, PR context, and code-quality feedback can reach the task workflow automatically. The AI coding landscape moves quickly, and some integration work may become native over time. That is fine. Our job is to keep the team workflow coherent as the underlying platforms evolve.

  • GitHub App installation for PR events, branches, and review context
  • CI and PR feedback surfaced beside the task workflow
  • SonarQube quality results available to the review loop
  • Task-scoped tokens so agents can fetch only the context they need

What FlightDesk is, and what it is not

FlightDesk is

  • A shared team layer on top of Claude Code
  • An operational view of AI-built tasks
  • Preview infrastructure for pull requests
  • A QA handoff and approval workflow

FlightDesk is not

  • A replacement for Claude Code
  • A generic project management system
  • A CI/CD platform
  • A bet that GitHub or Sonar integrations are the whole moat

Put the team workflow around Claude Code.

One view for the work, one link for the preview, one handoff path for QA.
